While standing on the cone-like peak of Umpiljak, called 'Lošinj's Fujiyama' by our world known scientist Branko Fučić, most of the Cres-Lošinj archipelago opens up in front. Hardly any other viewpoint will offer you a richer insight into the very core of this ancient mythical archipelago, known as both dangerous sailing sight and a safe port.
